We are asking for your Help ---
What is in it for me? Is this a worthwhile cause? Will my contribution make a difference? Well, HEARTS Veterans Museum is alking for your help in the form of a donation for outydoor displays. We are adding a M60 A3 Patton Tank and a F16A Fighter Jet Plane.
This addition to what we already have, a Huey H-1 Helicopther, an attack Cobra Helicopter, a Jeep, a 21/2 ton truck and a Gamma Goat beside the Forward Bunker enhances our attractions and adds to the museum, thus creating more tourism fraffic, while silently telling its story in the timeline of wars.
The museum has moved the needle from the original mission of educating today's youth to providing education and inspiration to children, students and adults on patriotic heritage and the sacrifices made to preserve our freedoms. Along with this major task the museum has taken on the task of preserving military memorabilia, artifacts and the history of Past Wars and the individuals who have served in our Armed Forces.
The Veterans Museum shines brightly inside as it shows the Timeline of Wars and Conflicts beginning in 1774 with the Continental Army when they fought the British Empire, continuing to the War of 1812, the Mexican- American War, the Spanish War and the Great Worlds War ( 1914 -- 1918 )-- it continues into World War II and then the Korean War. After that, the U.S. fought the Vietnam War then Desert Storm, Iraq and Afghanistan.
As we get ready to march into spring, this Veterans museum's expenses marchy on also, with three people on the payroll, utilities, insurance and supplies to pay for that are necessary for its existence. Your Personal gift can be tailored to the General Fund, Outdoor Exhibits, Inside Displays or Others. The H.E.A.R.T.S. Veterans Museum of Texas is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) Corporation. Your contribution is tax deductable within the limits prescribed by law.
Please do not miss this opportunity. It is very important. On behalf of our staff, fulltime and volunteers, thank you for your consideration. We eagerly look forward to seeing your name included among those who support H.E.A.R.T.S. Veterans Museum of Texas.

Q.  What is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?
A.   PTSD may occur with
some individuals following psychologically traumatic events that are generally
outside the range of Normal Human Experiences. These
events may be man-made (i.e. war, plane crash, rape) or natural (i.e. floods,
hurricanes, etc) and could easily trigger symptoms of PTSD. (Brochure available at HEARTS museum.)
