Veterans Conference Center

Veterans Conference CenterAs part of its effort to bring veterans together, the Museum has entered into a unique partnership with Walker County. Funded by a grant from FEMA, Walker County has built the Walker County Storm Shelter adjacent the new museum site and has contracted with the Museum to operate the facility as a conference center when it is not in use as a shelter.
